2. Enter Email
Type the email address associated with your account and tap Send.
An email will be sent to this account to reset the password. This email will only be valid for 24 hours so please complete the process within that time frame.
It is helpful to remember to use a password you have not used before, and to write it down and keep it handy for when you sign back into your account with the new password. Your password should consist of at least 8 characters including a special character and/or a number.
