Please use the Keyword Search under the Find an Online Group page to find the specific group you are looking for. If you know the Online Group Leader's name, this is the most effective way to search. Otherwise, if you are able to contact the Online Group Leader, after your BSF Online account has been created, you can ask them to add you to their group.
Groups that are at capacity (full) will not show up under the Find an Online Group search. Other reasons why a specific group may not be visible to you are:
- If the group has an age setting, such as "Over 40", and your profile does not meet that setting
- If the group has a spoken language setting, such as "Spanish", and your profile does not meet that setting
- If the group is set to private by the Online Group Leader
The Online Group Leader can override the group's capacity and privacy settings by adding an Online Member directly to the group. Support Agents are unable to add members to groups.
