- Prepares for weekly Online Leaders Meeting (OLM) by completing Lesson Questions and other training preparation as needed
- Trains in a weekly OLM
- Connects with the OLM participants (Online Trainer, Assistant Online Trainer and other OGLs) on WhatsApp for communication and prayer requests
- Attends and participates in OLM fellowships (optional informal time before and after OLMs and as scheduled on the BSF Online Global Calendar for the current study)
- Reads the Lesson Notes and listens to the audio Lecture Podcast each week
- Leads a weekly online discussion group on Zoom at a regular time that fits their schedule
- Connects with group members during the week over WhatsApp and/or email for communication and prayer requests
- Leads fellowships for their Online Group (option informal time before and after Discussion Group and as scheduled on the BSF Online Global Calendar for the current study)
- Recommends Leader candidates
- Talk with OT (can include AOT)
- Ask OGL candidate to pray about being recommended
- Complete the Recommendation Form on bsfonline.org to Recommend a BSF Online Group Leader
