Online Trainers (OTs) can have their Assistant Online Trainer(s) (AOTs) assigned as Co-hosts using the instructions below.
Option 1:
OT starts the meeting by clicking Start Meeting button on My Training page.
Once AOTs have joined the meeting then OT can make them Co-host by Clicking Participants on bottom tool bar.
Click Make Co-host.
Option 2:
OT copies Start Meeting link and shares with AOT. This link is the same each week.
OT or AOT can Start Meeting and decide to be host or Co-Host.
