Have you tried to join your meeting from outside your home where the wireless signal may be stronger? (coffee shop, church/ office)?
Use a wired network connection for a more stable connection. Your Internet Provider could matter and may be able to suggest a booster for your router.
Have you tried to join from a mobile phone? Depending on your data plan, your mobile may be an option either directly or as a tethered hotspot.
