If you are unable to reset your password, please ensure you are following these steps in the correct order:
- Go to mybsf.org and select “Forgot your password?”
- Enter your email and select “Send verification code” (Please allow up to 20 minutes for the email to arrive and check your spam/junk folder if needed).
- Check your email for the verification code – using another device to check your email is recommended.
- Enter the verification code and select “Verify code”.
- Manually type in the verification code instead of copying and pasting, then select “Verify code” again.
- If you need to change your email, select the “Change email” button; otherwise, select “Confirm” to proceed.
- Enter your new password twice and select “Confirm”.
Password Requirements:
Your new password must:
- Be at least 10 characters long
- Include at least one number and one special character (@$!%*#?&:-)
- Be different from any of your previous BSF passwords.
