Make sure you are on the correct lesson. Sometimes, the lecture may take a little longer to load on the lesson page. If it doesn’t appear right away, try refreshing your browser and allow a few minutes for it to load properly.


If the issue persists, try resetting your role, even if it is already set to "Member."

  1. Click on the drop-down menu next to your name and select "Select Role."
  2. Ensure that the "Member" option is selected (the circle should be filled in), then click "Confirm."
  3. Refresh your browser to help sync the system.
