Troubleshooting MyBSF Audio Notes Playback

If the audio notes on the MyBSF website stop playing, try the following steps:

  1. Check your internet connection – Reboot your wireless router and ensure your device is updated.
  2. Adjust display settings – Set auto-lock to "Never" to keep the screen on during playback.
  3. Extend your session – MyBSF sessions last 30 minutes. To extend, pause the audio and restart playback.

How to Play Notes

There are two ways to play the audio notes:

  1. Click the Play button in the notes section.
  2. Click MP3 in the notes section.

How to Download Notes

It is recommended to download audio notes for uninterrupted listening. You can do this in two ways:

  1. Click the three dots in the notes section, then select Download.
  2. Click MP3, then click the three dots, and select Download.
