Here are suggestions that might be helpful for you to substitute Online Meetings:

OT and AOT may compile the Start (Host) Links for their OGLs and the Join Links for the OGLs members. 

BSF Online website (My calendar page) provides Start and Join Meeting Links. 

To copy the links for Starting and Joining each OGL's meeting, go to My Training, click the arrow next to the OGL's name, and select Go to Group. To the right-hand side of each Start Link is a button titled 'Copy Join/Start Meeting Links.' Click on Copy Links button to copy each link. When completed, click Done.

OGL may compile their fellow OGLs' Start Links as those can be shared manually, as necessary for substituting.
